As a result of the enrollment of International students, the universities have started to teach in English. Therefore, our children has the ability to study easily.

The student has to do Advanced Level examination in the Bio stream. Two Credit passes and 1 simple pass is the minimum requirement as advised by the Sri Lanka Medical Council.

No, SLMC is not allowed any Pre Medical Programmes or A/L equivalent foundation courses. Therefore we do not conduct A/l equivalent programmes and Advanced Level Examination is compulsory to study MBBS.

Yes. We provide Scholarships and Special offers through the collaboration with the Cultural Section of the Russian Embassy.

Russian Medical Degrees are recognized worldwide and our passed out students have settled globally such as USA, Australia, Canada and many other countries. Even in Sri Lanka, Russian Medical Degree holders work in the government sector holding good posts. Not only Doctors, Russian graduated Engineers also work in Sri Lanka and globally.

The living expenses are varying to city to city. The cities where our partner universities are located are easy going and the living cost is cheap. The living cost can be depending on the life style of the students but approximately Rs.20000 will be enough per month.
